How to reset your password

Recover account access safely if you cannot sign in.

If you cannot sign in because you have forgotten your password, use the password reset flow to regain access securely.

Reset your password

  • Go to the login page at app.jobapply.io.
  • Click Forgot password below the login form.
  • Enter the email address you used to sign up.
  • Check your inbox for a password reset email. It arrives within a few minutes.
  • Click the link in the email — it is valid for 60 minutes.
  • Enter and confirm your new password.
  • Log in with your new password.

Did not receive the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with.
  • If you signed up with Google or another social login, there may be no password to reset — use the same sign-in method you used originally.

Still locked out?

If you cannot recover access through the reset flow, contact us at hello@jobapply.io. Include any email address you may have used to register and we can help locate your account.
