How to access your account by email

Use the email sign-in flow and get help if the link does not arrive.

Jobapply uses email-based sign-in. If you cannot access your account, start by requesting a fresh login email from the app.

Request a fresh sign-in email

  • Go to the login page in the app.
  • Use the email sign-in option shown for your account.
  • Enter the email address you used to sign up.
  • Check your inbox for the login email.
  • Open the link promptly and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • If the link does not work, request a fresh one.

Did not receive the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with.
  • Use the same email address you used originally.

Still locked out?

If you cannot recover access through the email sign-in flow, contact us at hello@jobapply.io. Include any email address you may have used to register and we can help locate your account.
