How to reset your password
Recover account access quickly while reducing repeat lockout risk.
Password issues usually happen at the worst moment, often right before deadlines. Use this recovery flow to regain access quickly and reduce the chance of getting locked out again.
Reset your password
- Go to the login page in the app.
- Click Forgot password below the login form.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email. It arrives within a few minutes.
- Click the link in the email — it is valid for 60 minutes.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Log in with your new password.
Did not receive the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with.
- If you signed up with Google or another social login, there may be no password to reset — use the same sign-in method you used originally.
