Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your JobApply.io subscription within 14 days, without giving a reason. This page explains when that period starts, how to withdraw, and what happens next. Read it together with our Terms of Service.

Who This Applies To
This page applies to consumers in the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom who subscribe to the Service at jobapply.io. A consumer is someone acting outside their trade, business, or profession. If anything on this page gives you less than the law of your own country gives you, the law applies.
Withdrawal Window
JobApply.io sells one subscription. With PayPal, the 7-day free trial converts automatically into a paid monthly subscription of 20 EUR per month on day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends. With Link (checkout in India), the first 7 days are free, and the subscription then renews monthly.
Your 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day your subscription starts, which is the day the free trial begins, and runs for 14 calendar days from that day. The first payment is taken after the trial, while the withdrawal period is still running, and it does not restart the period. If you have used a free trial before, your subscription starts as a paid month and is charged immediately, and the 14 days run from that same first day.
No Waiver of Your Withdrawal Right
For digital services, the law allows a trader to ask you to give up this right in exchange for immediate access. We do not ask you to do that. You can use the Service straight away and still withdraw within the 14 days.
Cancelling Instead of Withdrawing
You can cancel at any time in the app: open Account Settings, and under Your Subscription choose Cancel subscription. If you bought through Link, you can also cancel at link.com. Cancelling is not the same as withdrawing. It stops future payments, and it is not a request to refund what you have already paid: if you have paid, premium access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and a free trial ends immediately. Your saved documents stay in your account either way. If you are still inside your 14-day withdrawal period and you want your money back, use the withdrawal route below.
How to Submit a Request
Send your withdrawal request to hello@jobapply.io from the email address on your account, or fill in the model form below and email it to the same address. Any clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough, and you do not have to give a reason. If a payment has already been taken, the receipt number from your receipt email helps us find the subscription faster.
If you bought through Link, Link is the merchant of record for your payment, and Link's terms give EU and UK consumers the same 14-day cooling-off period, counted from when you get access. You can also claim it from Link support at link.com by choosing "cooling off period" as the reason. Either route is enough; you do not need both.

What Happens After We Receive Your Request
We confirm by email that we received your request. For a withdrawal inside the 14-day window we check that the request is in time and that we can match it to your account. If we need more details, we will ask by email.
Refund Timing and Method
If your request is approved, we process the refund within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method you paid with. Your payment provider may need a few more days to show the money in your account. For a Link purchase, the refund is made by Link: Link's review can take up to 5 business days, and the money then takes 3 to 7 business days to reach your payment method.
After a Refund
An approved full refund ends your subscription and your premium access immediately. The same happens when our payment provider (PayPal or Link) records a payment reversal on your subscription. Your saved documents stay in your account.

Partial Use and Pro-Rata Cases
Where legally relevant, if you requested service delivery before the withdrawal period ended, a pro-rata amount may be considered for the portion already delivered before cancellation.
Outside the EU, the EEA and the UK, and Business Purchases
If you are not a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, or you subscribe as a business, this statutory right does not apply to you. Your Terms of Service and the consumer law of your own country decide what options you have. For a purchase through Link (checkout in India), Link's refund policy also applies, as described in section 6.3 of our Terms of Service. You can still cancel at any time from Account Settings, as described above.
