What Happens After We Receive Your Request

We send a confirmation that we received your request, then review eligibility based on the purchase type, timing, and how the service was delivered. If we need more details, we will ask by email.

Refund Timing and Method

If the request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Processing time can vary depending on your payment provider and card issuer.

Digital Service Exceptions
