Payments, refunds, and cancellations

Understand charge timing, cancellation impact, and realistic refund review outcomes.

Billing confusion usually happens at renewal boundaries. This guide explains exactly when charges occur, what cancellation changes, and how to request a fair charge review if something looked wrong.

How payments work

Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the plan you choose (for example: trial, monthly, or quarterly). Payment is processed by our payment provider at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive a receipt by email after each successful charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Account Settings under Billing. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility depends on your plan terms and local consumer rules. If you want us to review a charge, contact us at hello@jobapply.io with your account email and the date of the charge.

  • We review the billing event and reply with the next steps.
  • If the charge was a renewal you did not intend, mention when you tried to cancel.
  • If a technical issue prevented you from using the service, mention it in your request.

Payment method issues

If a payment fails, you will receive an email with a link to update your payment method. Access continues for a short grace period. Update your payment details in Account Settings under Billing.
