Payments, refunds, and cancellations

See how billing works, when charges happen, and how refund requests are handled.

This article covers how payments are taken, what happens when you cancel, and how to request a refund if something went wrong.

How payments work

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance depending on the plan you chose. Payment is processed by our payment provider at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive a receipt by email after each successful charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Account Settings under Billing. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refund requests

If you were charged unexpectedly — for example, because you forgot to cancel before renewal or believed the trial had already ended — contact us at hello@jobapply.io within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and the date of the charge.

  • Refunds for unexpected renewals within 14 days are generally approved on first request.
  • Refunds are not available for partial periods or because the product was not used.
  • If you experience a technical problem that prevented you from using the service, mention this in your request.

Payment method issues

If a payment fails, you will receive an email with a link to update your payment method. Access continues for a short grace period. Update your payment details in Account Settings under Billing.
