How to cancel your subscription
Use the shipped Account Settings cancellation route or contact support for help.
In the app, open Account Settings. Under Your Subscription, choose Cancel subscription. If you need help, email hello@jobapply.io from your account email.
Cancel your subscription
Review the provider-confirmed result on the cancellation screen before you leave it. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your documents or account.
- Open Account Settings and find Your Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription, review the provider-confirmed result, and confirm only when you are ready.
- Save any cancellation confirmation screen or email for your records.
- If you need help, email hello@jobapply.io from your account email.
