Cancellation stops future billing. This guide explains what to check before you cancel and how to get help if the billing flow is not available in your account.

Cancel your subscription

Cancelling stops future billing charges. The billing or checkout flow should show how long paid access remains available for your plan. Your documents and account remain intact unless you delete them.

  • Open Account Settings and look for Billing or Subscription settings.
  • If a Cancel Subscription action is shown, review the terms and confirm only when you are ready.
  • Save any cancellation confirmation screen or email for your records.
  • If you cannot find the cancellation flow, email hello@jobapply.io from your account email.
