These terms explain the rules for using Jobapply.io. By using the service, you agree to these terms and related policies published on this website.

Overview

Jobapply.io helps you create and manage job application documents (such as resumes/CVs and cover letters) and provides related workflows. This website is the marketing surface; some actions may link you to the product app.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the information you add to your profile and documents. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support as soon as possible.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a valid agreement to use the service. If you use Jobapply.io on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Use of the Service

We grant a limited, non-transferable right to use Jobapply.io for lawful career and job-search activities, subject to these terms. You may not resell the service or attempt to extract or copy it for competing products.

Your Documents and Content

You control the content you create and upload. You are responsible for ensuring your documents are accurate and that you have the rights to use any text or materials you include.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Break laws or violate third-party rights.
  • Abuse, harass, or attempt to impersonate others.
  • Upload malicious content, attempt to bypass security, or overload the service.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the platform without permission.

Plans, Billing, and Renewal

If you purchase a paid plan or trial, the price and renewal terms are shown before checkout and in your billing area. Paid plans may renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Withdrawal

You can cancel your plan from your billing area where available, or by contacting support. Refunds and withdrawal rights depend on your plan type, the timing of the request, and any applicable consumer rules. For EU consumers, see the Right of Withdrawal page for the baseline rules.

Support and Communication

If you contact us, we may reply by email. You are responsible for keeping your account email up to date so you can receive important messages about billing, security, or account access.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep Jobapply.io available and reliable, but downtime can happen. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time, including templates and features.

Intellectual Property

The Jobapply.io website, app, design system, and templates are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use templates to create your own documents, but you may not copy or redistribute the product or template library as a standalone offering.

Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party providers (for example: hosting and payments). Their services may have their own terms. We are not responsible for issues caused solely by third-party outages outside our control.

Disclaimers

Jobapply.io provides tools and guidance, but we do not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, or hiring outcomes. You remain responsible for the final content you submit to employers.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as-is. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of profits, business interruption, or lost opportunities resulting from the use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law, except where mandatory EU or local consumer rights apply.
