How billing works
Learn how trial, renewal, and billing timing work so you can plan confidently.
Billing should be predictable. This guide explains the lifecycle from trial to recurring renewal so you can make timing decisions without guesswork.
Trial period
If your plan includes a trial, the trial price is charged at signup and your subscription renews automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. The renewal price and cadence are shown before checkout and in your billing area.
Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically on the schedule of your plan (for example: every month or every 3 months). If you do not want to renew, cancel before the renewal date in Account Settings under Billing.
Billing currency and tax
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region. Tax may be added depending on your country. The final amount is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Billing history
All past invoices are available in Account Settings under Billing History. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF for your records or expense reports.
