How to use the platform for free

Understand what you can do on the free plan before deciding to upgrade.

You can use Jobapply.io without a paid plan. The free plan lets you write, edit, and save your resume, and includes a limited number of PDF exports.

What is included for free

  • Access to a selection of resume templates.
  • Full resume and cover letter editing.
  • Unlimited saving and document storage.
  • A limited number of PDF exports per month.
  • Shareable link to your document (no download needed for the recipient).

What requires a paid plan

  • Unlimited PDF and Word exports.
  • Access to all premium templates.
  • Advanced customisation options (accent colours, font choices).
  • Priority support.

Getting the most from the free plan

If you are applying for roles actively, the free plan export limit may be enough for a short search. Export your finalized resume once you are satisfied rather than downloading drafts repeatedly. Use the shareable link for situations where a download is not strictly required.

Upgrade and downgrade options are in Account Settings under Billing. You can upgrade at any time and cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
